French Macaron Recipe 

This recipe yields about 3 dozen french macarons sized at 1.75"

• 195 grams of almond flour
• 195 grams of powdered sugar 
• 135 grams of castor sugar 
• 150 grams of egg white 
• 1/2 tsp of cream of tartar
